The Blue Water Property Owners Association (BWPOA) is a nonprofit homeowners association established in 1972 to serve the Blue Water community in Tavernier, Florida. Our neighborhood is a distinctive waterfront enclave in the Florida Keys, known for its canals, bay access, and relaxed coastal lifestyle.

BWPOA is governed by an elected Board of Directors that represents the collective interests of property owners. The Board is responsible for administering the Association’s covenants, conditions, and restrictions, managing shared responsibilities, and promoting open communication among residents.

Through the collection of annual dues and responsible fiscal oversight, the Association supports the maintenance of community assets and coordinates essential services that benefit the neighborhood as a whole. BWPOA is committed to transparency, stewardship, and long-term planning to ensure the continued strength and appeal of the Blue Water community.

Homeowner engagement is central to our success. Residents are encouraged to stay informed, attend meetings, and participate in Association initiatives as we work together to preserve the unique character and value of our community.
