The Board of Directors will like to inform you that this past week there was an ATTEMPTED Burglary at a resident located at the end of Normandy at 12:25 a.m. The subject(s) were unsuccessful and left without stealing anything from the resident.

Thanks to the video footage from the camera of the neighbor across the street, it was established that the subject(s) approached the residence from the rear canal. The security camera footage of our entrance camera also were reviewed and no vehicles or foot traffic was recorded coming into or exiting Normandy Drive before or after the incident.

The Monroe County Police responded documented the crime, photographed the scene and were provided with the security video.

We are asking all of you that might have security cameras in the front or the rear of your property to report any suspicious activity, specially after normal hours.

La Junta Directiva les quiere Informar que esta semanas tubimos un ATENTADO de Robo a una residencia al final de la Calle Normandy a las 12:25 a.m.. El sujecto o sujectos atentaro de romper la serradura de dos puertas pero no pudieron lograrlo.

Gracias a la camara de seguridad del vecino del frente se pudo establecer que viniero por el canal detras de la residencia. La camara de seguridad localizada a la entrada de Normandy no capto ningun trafico de vehiculo o humano entrando o saliendo antes o despues del incidente.

La Policia sel Condado Monroe respondio documento el incidente, tomo fotos de la ecena y fue proveida con copia del video.

Queremos pedirles que si ustedes tienen camaras de seguridad al frente o al trasero de su residencia y observan algun acto sospechoso, especialment durantes horas no normales por favor dejenos saber.
